2. Reason for change
3. Original email address or phone number (Exclude if you're changing 2FA)
4. New email address or phone number (Exclude if you're changing 2FA)
5. Photo ID card (front and back)
6. Attach your selfie with identity proof
Once we receive your request and verify your document, we will update your information. Please note that this process may take 1-3 business days.
Note:
1. As an enhanced security measure to safeguard your funds, the withdrawal function will only be accessible to you 48 hours after the information is successfully changed. For more detailed information, please refer to the pop-up message on the withdrawal page in the Client Portal.
2. After your phone number has been changed, your VT Markets app will unbind the old phone number within one business day. Please bind the new phone number when you log in to the VT Markets app.
