Depending on the withdrawal method you choose, you may be prompted to bind a security authenticator when attempting to submit a withdrawal .
If you are enabling the security authenticator for the first time, you will be redirected to the “Security Management” page once you click “Confirm” or “Enable Now” on the withdrawal page.
By default, the status of the security authenticator is set to “Unverified.” You can click on “Enable” to bind a security authenticator to your VT Markets Client Portal account.
You will first be required to verify your email address. Click “Send Code” and enter the OTP provided in the system-generated email. Then, click “Confirm.” After this, a QR code will be displayed.
Note:
Although all TOTP authenticators are supported, we highly advise clients to use trustworthy applications like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
Downloading the Authenticator App:
Search for Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator in the App Store (iOS) / Play Store (Android).
Next, use the in-app camera to scan the QR code provided or enter the set-up key. Insert the security authenticator code and tick to accept the disclaimer to finalise the binding of the authenticator app.

Once the OTP is displayed, please enter the code within the valid time and click “Confirm.”
Once the OTP is verified, the modification process will be successfully enabled, and the status will be updated to “Verified”.
