To request a negative balance write-off on the VT Markets App, follow these steps:
Navigate to the "Orders" page.
Click on the "Reset" button to initiate the negative balance write-off request.
Please note:
- Any remaining credit bonus in the trading account will be removed upon reset.
- Ensure that all positions in the account are fully closed.
