In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and our withdrawal policy, deposited funds must be withdrawn to the same source used for the initial deposit. If the deposit source is no longer available, we require the funds to be withdrawn via other method under the same name as your trading account.
To initiate a withdrawal via other method, please follow these steps:
1. Obtain an official letter from the bank or card-issuing company stating that the card used for your initial deposit is no longer available. Alternatively, provide proof of deposit in the form of a bank or card statement showing your name and the transaction to VT Markets. Note that the official letter should be issued by the financial institution and cannot be in handwritten form.
2. Upload the document by clicking Funds > Withdrawal fund > Fill in amount > Continue > Credit card method (slide to the bottom) > Click the "Available"> Select "Archive" > upload the documents.
3. After your card record is successfully archived, you can submit withdrawal via the others method (excluding credit card).
