If you do not see your deposit credited in your account balance, it is possible that we have not received it yet. Most deposits are processed instantly or within a few hours, so if you do not see the funds in your account, it is best to check the status of the transaction with your payment provider.
If you made a deposit using a debit/credit card and the funds are not visible on the MT4/MT5 platform, the transaction may not have gone through due to an issue from your bank/financial provider or your payment provider might have blocked the transaction.
